Our goal is to offer top quality personalized, engravable gifts, personalized to your specifications. After our expert engravers personalize your gift, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy before we ship it to you.
We guarantee that if your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it for a prompt credit or exchange provided you follow our Return and Exchange Instructions below. We'll even send your replacement gifts via ground service at no charge to you.
While we will gladly accept a return or exchange on non-personalized
items (except clothing) for any reason, understandably personalized/engraved items
may only be replaced if it is deemded defective or damaged during shipping. Refunds are not available for personalized/engraved items. For more details see here
Return and Exchange Instructions
You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Write the number on the outside of the shipping box so it can be easily identified. The package MUST have a return authorization number on it. Any package arriving without a return authorization number will be discarded or returned to sender for the safety and security of our employees.
If the original shipping container is damaged, please keep it for a possible claim with the shipper.
We encourage you to properly package and track your return box. VIPGroomsmenGifts.com is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit or further damages due to improper return packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
VIPGroomsmenGifts.com will ship replacement items at no cost to the customer. Shipping defective/damaged items back to our warehouse is the repsonsibility of the customer. The customer may select any shipping method EXCEPT COD.
VIPGroomsmenGifts.com will pay to ship replacement items via ground service only. Customers requiring rush shipping will be charged.
